INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SIGN UP, pay, & make up classes:
*CLASSES

*Pay for classes
*MAKE-UP CLASSES (TO MAKE UP  A CLASS YOU MUST request at least48-HRS prior to desired class)

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR CLASSES:

1. Create an account if you haven’t yet and input your information.
2. Login to your account.
3. Agree to policies.
4. Use class filters to help assist in finding specific class.

  • Program (determines witch location you are tumbling at).

  • Days (specific day you are wanting to tumble).

5. Select specific (program / day) and click submit.
6. Select desired class or specific team tumbling class and click enroll.

  • Select (more details) to view NON-tumbling dates.

7.  Make sure enrollment type is ​ active.

  • (Student) pick specific student if you have multiple athletes.

8. Make sure (student, billing schedule & session) are all correct.
9. Click (continue enrollment).          
10. Confirm start date, end date & tuition are all correct and click (add to cart).
11. To add a second class for another athlete or to add a second class click (Find Another Class).
12. Click (Proceed to Checkout).
13. Click (Continue).
14. Verify Information and click (Complete Transaction).
15. Completed Successfully.
16. PRESTIGE ATHLETICS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF enrollment AND your athlete WILL EITHER be automatically APPROVEd OR DENied BASED UPON SIZE OF CLASS AND/OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS. YOU RECEIVE AN enrollment EMAIL IF YOU ARE APPROVED OR DENIED PROMPTLY. 
 
HOW TO PAY FOR CLASSES:

Online Payment using Parent Portal (preferred method):
1. Click payments and select (Make a Payment).
2. Select class(s) you want to pay for. (Make sure to click the check box on the left of the page).
3. Enter (Payment Amount) in the far right box. You May make a partial payment towards your balance by editing this amount. 
            1. Select (Form of Payment).
            2. Enter credit card information and (Submit Payment).

Pay at door with CASH:
1. Bring payment to first tumbling class.
2. PA staff or parent helper will input payment and apply payment to your account.
3. You will receive a email for payment confirmation.

How to make up a class:


(TO MAKE UP  A CLASS YOU MUST REQUEST AT LEAST48-HRS PRIOR TO DESIRED CLASS)


1. Login into your account. 

2. USE CLASS FILTERS TO HELP ASSIST IN FINDING SPECIFIC CLASS.
            1. PROGRAM (DETERMINES WITCH LOCATION YOU ARE TUMBLING AT).
            2. DAYS (SPECIFIC DAY YOU ARE WANTING TO TUMBLE).
5. SELECT SPECIFIC (PROGRAM / DAY) AND CLICK SUBMIT.
6. SELECT DESIRED CLASS OR SPECIFIC TEAM TUMBLING CLASS AND CLICK ENROLL.
            1. SELECT (MORE DETAILS) TO VIEW NON-TUMBLING DATES.
7.  MAKE SURE ENROLLMENT TYPE IS MAke up.
            1. (STUDENT) PICK SPECIFIC STUDENT IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ATHLETES.
8. MAKE SURE (STUDENT, BILLING SCHEDULE & SESSION) ARE ALL CORRECT.
9. CLICK (CONTINUE ENROLLMENT).          
10. CONFIRM START DATE, END DATE & TUITION ARE ALL CORRECT AND CLICK (ADD TO CART).
11. TO ADD A SECOND CLASS FOR ANOTHER ATHLETE OR TO ADD A SECOND CLASS CLICK (FIND ANOTHER CLASS).
12. CLICK (PROCEED TO CHECKOUT).
13. CLICK (CONTINUE).
14. VERIFY INFORMATION AND CLICK (COMPLETE TRANSACTION).
15. COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY.

16. Prestige Athletics will be notified of request and will either approve or deny request based upon size of class and/or skill requirements. You receive an email if you are approved or denied promptly.
